Refund / Disputes Policy

"We will meet our obligations as per the consumer guarantees act with regards to refunds. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to lynne@hospiceebop.org.nz for consideration. Please include the circumstances and reasoning behind why a refund is required..
We will endeavour to reply within 7 days to your request."

Please note also, that all Transactions will be processed in New Zealand Dollars
